Lil Wayne goes country in Nashville @ CMA's

Well it was Joe the Strummer and Lil Wayne holding it down for Kid Rock at the Country Music Awards last night in Nashville. Lil Wayne is best known for such hits as "Lollipop" and A Milli". His lasted album "Tha Carter III" is this year's best selling disc with sales of $2.6 million so far being reported. He is been seen at several locations with Kid Rock and I for one was excited that he wasn't ashamed to be seen at a Country Music show.

Kid Rock brought the rapper on stage Wednesday while performing one of his hits "All Summer Long." Lil Wayne didn't rap though, he just stood with Kid and Joe the man Strummer while mimicking him playing the guitar. Now, ya'll know Wayne cannot play the geetar, he's a rapper. But, I did like the fact that Lil Wayne represented and wore a Tennessee Titans jersey that matched Kid Rock's.

Kudos to Lil Wayne for stepping outside the box and getting his man on. I ain't mad at him, it is a recession, make that paper Boo Boo.
